You must be able to understand the technical details of the AI and translate that into user-friendly features and benefits that customers can easily understand and appreciate.
Secondly, you need to be able to navigate the ethical and legal challenges of AI. This includes issues such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and transparency of decision-making processes. As AI technology becomes more pervasive in society, there is a growing need for product managers to ensure that their products are built with ethical considerations in mind.
Thirdly, you need to be able to adapt to the rapid pace of technological change. As AI technology continues to evolve, you need to be able to keep up with the latest developments and adjust their product strategies accordingly. This requires continuous learning, networking with other professionals in the field, and a willingness to experiment and take risks.
